Job Description:
Qualified candidate will provide decision support, project management and implementation strategies across all departments. Create/maintain project plans and timelines, which include budget, definition, scope, staffing, financial resource allocations, dependencies and target dates. Will lead the project team to remain on track and on budget. Must assist team members in developing, maintaining, working and updating project plans, monitor progress and ensure timelines are met, and create weekly project progress reports to the Manager, Project Management. Will also create monthly reports to the campus Project Steering Committee.

Years of Experience:
2-4 years of professional experience a biopharmaceutical setting. 3-5 years of project management experience.

Special Skills Required:
Must possess strong analytical, leadership, organization, communication, and facilitation skills. Must be fluent in project management software (MS Project) and MS Office software. Must be able to think creatively, facilitate and lead teams effectively, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Educational Requirement:
BA/BS.
